Currently Recruiting forCasual Positions
Casual work is flexible and ideal for those with other jobs or commitments. It involves general tasks such as packing dried foodstuffs in our production area or re-filling shelves on the shop-floor. We are especially keen for people who can work late finishes (7.30pm) and/or weekends - this may also involve serving customers at the tills. Generally, you must be prepared for some of the casual work being repetitive and that the weekday production work will involve some heavy lifting.
We are also currently looking for casuals with food preparation and fresh food handling experience to help us expand our range of fresh, wholesome food at the deli counter. Please state in your application form your interest in food prep if applicable, and detail any relevant experience.
Unfortunately we are only able to offer casual employment for a maximum of ten months. During this time, we are under no obligation to offer shifts. This works both ways, as you are under no obligation to accept any shifts that are offered. The current rate of pay is £8.00 per hour. This is subject to tax and N.I. This is paid every Friday, one week in arrears. For health and safety reasons we are unable to offer any casual work to persons under the age of 18.
