To serve 12 people
2 bottles red wine
2 ½ pts water
Cloves
2 oranges sliced
2 lemons sliced
6 tablespoons syrup (sweetener)
Cinnamon stick
2 teaspoons ginger
Miniature orange Cointreau
Heat all ingredients but don’t allow to boil. Stir until the sweetener has dissolved.
Keep on a very low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
Serve in warmed glasses
