(Blender needed)
3tbs olive oil
2 tbs pumpkin seeds
2tbs sunflower seeds
2 tbs sesame seeds
2 tbs pine kernels
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs creamed basil (jar) or a big bunch of fresh
Blend all ingredients
Add lots of fresh ground black pepper, some salt to taste
Store in a jar in the fridge and enjoy often
