Nuts & Seeds
Nuts are an excellent form of protein, fat, calcium and iron. Nuts can be used in sweet and savoury dishes, chopped and ground nuts can be added to all sorts of dishes such as Muesli, bakes, cookies and burgers. Nut butters are good for an easy and quick nutritious snack (on oat or rice cakes).
Seeds also have excellent nutritional content and can be used in cereals, salads, soups dips and spreads. Sprouting seeds dramatically increases their nutritional content.
