A good source of protein and fibre, (especially soya beans and products made from them, like tofu and soya milk). It's so easy and cheap to incorporate beans and pulses into your diet.
Buying pulses dried is by far the cheapest way, see our "soaking and cooking" guide. Sprouted beans are a terrific source of vitamins and minerals. It's so easy to do and makes for lots more recipe ideas.
